AV Resources

All our flexible rooms have the latest AV equipment such as BOSE sound systems, laser projectors and large projection screens. The boardrooms have 65 ”TV screens and BOSE sound systems. It is easy to connect (wireless) microphones and / or headsets to the sound systems. We can also provide picture in picture presentations in Amsterdam rooms 1 to 5, this means that the presentation can be seen in the desired rooms, with a live image of the speaker at the top right. Because there is a camera in the Amsterdam 2 room, which is aimed at the speaker, we can offer this option free of charge (excluding direction).

Collaboration Showrent

We can contact Showrent for all extra materials and technical support, before and during an event. Thanks to our many years of cooperation, they know all the ins and outs of our hotel and have become a very reliable partner. Showrent's AV resources fit in perfectly with our own installation and will (if desired) be operated by an experienced technician.

Sound equipment

Showrent has everything to do with good sound for you. A set of speakers on a standard or a complete PA installation, they take care of it. Also includes monitors, microphones and direct-ins for musicians, and digital mixing consoles, sound engineers and heavy-duty power amplifiers for high-volume speaker systems.

Displays

A huge video wall, a single display on a stand for a trade show, and everything in between, they provide a clear picture. Not only through display on one or more screens, but also through recordings with one or more cameras. Delivery, installation and connection are of course part of this.

Stage & decoration

Solid podiums in any size, they can be rented at Showrent. This can be from a few stage parts to a show stage, including back drop and possibilities for banners of the event. At business events they provide the right look with curtains and cloths or any other combination.

Light sets

Lighting is indispensable for the ultimate experience. Showrent provides lighting technology for the most diverse events. They have everything in-house for this, from truss systems and the latest light mixing tables to movable spotlights, powerful LED theater spotlights and special effects such as smoke or stroboscopes. This includes an experienced lighting technician who adjusts and controls everything.
