Live Cooking Sunday brunch

Come and enjoy our tasteful and above all festive brunch! Every Sunday we serve the extensive Van der Valk brunch.

To receive you, we welcome you from 12:30 in a festive way with a glass of bubbels. You can then enjoy all the delicacies that we present in our open kitchen. A selection of our offer:

• Wide range of freshly baked rustic breads
• Large selection of finger food snacks: from sushi and prawns to smoked salmon and carpaccio
• Variety of rich fresh salads that change with the season
• Homemade soups
• Fresh fish specialties prepared à la minute
• Luxurious meat dishes with matching sauces and accompanied by seasonal vegetable and potato garnishes
• Italian buffet with fresh pasta and pizzas from our Italian stone oven
• Beautiful 24 months matured Serrano ham and old Parmesan to complement the pizza or pasta
• For the children there are fries, snacks and poffertjes or pancakes
• Play area with children's games
• Delicious sweets on the buffet, we serve the weekly changing dessert per person at the table.
• Unlimited coffee, tea, milk and fruit juices (Excluding other drinks. These can be settled afterwards)

We try to compose our dishes in such a way that guests with the most common food allergies can eat with us. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please report this to our staff. We are happy to inform you about the ingredients we use in our dishes. If possible, we will adjust the composition of the dishes for you.
