Are you looking for the ideal location for your conference? Van der Valk Hotel Haarlem takes care of your conference down to the last detail. Our Amsterdam halls have a maximum capacity of 600 people in theater style, and up to 15 break-out halls can also be reserved.
During your conference, the participants are provided with unlimited coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and various delicacies from the foyer, an extensive lunch buffet and they can use the latest AV resources and free WiFi. In the evening we can also provide a dazzling (Live Cooking) buffet or they can chat during a nice drink.

With bus 300, your international guests can easily come from Schiphol to our hotel, where they get off at the Europaweg stop, which is located directly in front of the hotel. This bus runs approximately every 5 minutes to Schiphol and the travel time is 25 minutes.
We are also easily accessible by car, Van der Valk Hotel Haarlem is located a stone's throw from the A5 and A9 highways and you can park for free on site, with charging options.
A collaboration with the Philharmonie, Patronaat, De Lichtfabriek and other Haarlem hotels is also possible.

Our meetingrooms are spread over two floors. All Amsterdam rooms can be found on the ground floor and all Haarlem rooms are on the 4th floor. View here which rooms we all have and which room suits your event best.
You can enjoy a wonderful night's sleep in one of the 315 renovated hotel rooms. The comfortable beds and modern atmosphere ensure a pleasant stay.
All rooms have daylight and the latest AV equipment such as laser projectors and BOSE ceiling speakers. The Amsterdam 2 room also has a camera, so that the speaker can be seen in the other 4 Amsterdam rooms, by means of picture-in-picture display.
